ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.
2. The petitioner challenges the impugned notice dated 12.05.2022 whereby it is proposed to conduct Survey on 12.05.2022. At the request of the learned Special Government Pleader, I passed over the matter to get instructions as to whether the survey was conducted or not. It is now stated that the survey was conducted on 12.05.2022 itself. The writ petition become infructuous at the very inception. It is open to the petitioner to question the survey report.
3. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
