Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the order dated 15.07.20212 made in M.H.S.Confdl No.:39 of 2021, on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother namely 'Mohammed Meetheen, S/o.Mohammed Kothari, aged about 52 years", who is now detained as a detenue at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli or his corpus or body before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
