O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue "Non Traceable Certificate" of the Original Sale Deed, dated 25.07.2018, bearing Document No.1116/2018 registered on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Ayyampettai Registration Office, Thanjavur District, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.07.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint, given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CP.No.200 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it is seen that the petitioner handed over the original documents to his own brother as a mortgage. It was agreed that soon after the payments of the above said mortgage amount, the original documents will be returned. Crl.OP(MD).No.13157 of 2021 respondent, it was closed, on 03.07.2021.

3. In such a above said circumstances, the question of issuance of Non-Traceable Certificate does not arise. It appears that suppressing the true facts, this petition came to be filed. I find no merit in this petition. So, this petition deserves dismissal and accordingly, dismissed.
