ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 7. 2.The petitioner alleges that the eighth respondent interfered in the civil dispute between himself and one Kavitha and that as a result, he had 2/6

been dispossessed. I wanted to know if Kavitha is having a registered sale deed in her favour. It is submitted that the petitioner had given power of attorney in favour of his son and that on the strength of power of the attorney, the property was sold to Kavitha. Obviously, the petitioner cannot claim innocence.

3.I am therefore not inclined to issue any positive direction in this case. Now that the respondents 1 and 2 cognizant of the petitioner's complaint, it is for them to take a call in the matter. 4.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
