ORDER

This Writ Petition filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take immediate action against the respondents 4 to 6 for their illegal acts of ex communicating the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that over receiving the first honour, dispute exist between the petitioner and private respondents, over which, they are ready to conduct Peace Committee Meeting.

4. The above said Peace Committee Meeting shall be convened by the second respondent herein on 01.07.2023. The parties are directed to appear before the second respondent and to participate in the above said Peace Committee Meeting. Depending upon the outcome of the resolution to be adopted in the above said the meeting, further action may be taken either by the petitioner or by the competent authority.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
