ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 30.07.2016 and 16.08.2016 and issue license to run piggery farm in the petitioner's property in Re-sy No.286/10A situate at Pilavilai, Azhaganparai Post, Mandaikkadu Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.J.Gunaseelanmuthiah, learned Government Advocate submitted that the third respondent has already passed an order dated 22.08.2016 rejecting the claim of the petitioner and produced a copy of the order passed by the third respondent.

3.In view of the said submission, nothing survives to be adjudicated further in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the third respondent, in the manner known to law. No costs.
