Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 and its' branches from disbursing the loan amount of Rs.21,84,45,000/- (Twenty one Crores Eighty Four Lakhs and Forty Five Thousands only) to the respondents 4 to 9's self help group namely "ACE Foundation", Sigaram Kalanjiya Kootamaipu" and "Sangamam Kalanjiya Kottamaipu" who are claiming the name of "Kalanjiam" by producing forged documents within the time stipulated by this Court. After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
