Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the respondents not to interfere into the civil dispute by harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering her representation dated 06.05.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner has moved this petition that the respondent Police is interfering in a civil dispute and harassing her under the guise of enquiry.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner and her opposite parties on the administration of a temple. On that account, suits are pending between the petitioner group and other group. He further submits that the 4th respondent has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner. Considering the nature of complaint, it was forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), they are not conducting any enquiry and not harassing the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
