ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue computerized patta of the lands comprising in survey No.117/5A2, constituting 0.981⁄2 ares on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2015.

2.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the respondents 2 and 3 for grant of UDR patta. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the District Revenue Officer, Trichirapalli, is the only competent authority to consider the claim of UDR patta.
4.In the above circumstances, the petitioner already filed a miscellaneous application to implead the District Revenue Officer, Trichirapalli as a party to the present writ petition. 5.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application before the District Revenue Officer, Trichirapalli, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Thereafter, the District Revenue Officer, Trichirapalli is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass suitable orders, after giving necessary opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of 12 weeks. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
