O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission and adequate police protection to conduct Aadal Padal programme on 25.07.2019 from 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m. on the eve of Arulmigu Sri Santhiyagappar Temple Situated in Sooranam, Salaigrammam Main Road, Ilaiyankudi Taluk, Sivagangai Disstrict, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.07.2019.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 25.07.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

16.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
