Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife namely, Sridharshini w/o, Kalyanasundaram, aged about 18 years before this Court.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Jeeyapuram, who is now incharge of Pettavaithalai Police Station has filed an affidavit today. The said affidavit is taken on record.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the directions given by this Court dated 30.06.2025, the petitioner had returned all the original certificates belonging to the alleged missing girl, Sridharshini. He 2/4

would further submit that necessary instructions have also been given by the Superintendent of Police to the Officers in respect of handling cases involved in Women in distress and he would further submit that the respondents ensures that such kind of incident will not happen in future and that they are also constantly monitoring the welfare of missing person, Sridharshini, who is presently living at Thathiyangarpet Police Station limit and he would seek that the compliance may be recorded.

3. The said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and accordingly, no further orders are required in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
