PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2018. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.

2.When this matter came up for admission, this Court directed the respondent Police to enquire the parties and to report before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the Police enquired the parties based on the complaint given by the petitioner. In the enquiry, it came to light that second appeal is pending before this Court. The parties have, therefore, made a statement before the respondent Police that they will abide the outcome of the second appeal pending before this Court. 4.In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in this petition. The petitioner has to necessarily await the decision in the second appeal and thereafter, the petitioner has to workout his remedy in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
