This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned docket order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni in Crl.M.P No.3124 of 2024, dated 15.04.2024. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that already, a civil suit has been filed before the concerned Civil Court. 3.On perusal of the impugned order, this Court finds no error in the said impugned order. If the petitioner is having any grievance that the respondents have not returned his amount, he has to workout his remedy before the competent civil Court.
