Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THALAIMUTHARASU.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10337 of 2021 dated 06.08.2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to arrange sureties in time since he sustained injuries due to an accident and therefore prayed for extension of time.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
