ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation sent by the petitioner, dated 22.01.2019, on the basis of the judgment dated 07.08.2018, passed in C.C.No.192 of 2008, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

2.Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2019, in the light of the judgment dated 07.08.2018, passed in C.C.No.192 of 2008, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
