Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders made in Miscellaneous Petition Na.ka.No.10687/2015/E1-2 dated 27.01.2016 passed by the 1st respondent and the consequential order made in Na.Ka.No.34/2012- 4(ii) Aa1 dated 11.08.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the respondents to transfer the tenancy of floor in which the superstructure of shop situated at D.No.10, Rajamill Road, Madurai in the name of the petitioner.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned orders passed in Na.ka.No.10687/2015/E1-2 dated 27.01.2016 by the first respondent and the consequential order passed in Na.Ka.No.34/2012- 4(ii) Aa1 dated 11.08.2016 by the second respondent and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the tenancy of shop situated at D.No.10, Rajamill Road, Madurai in the name of the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner had already been evicted and nothing survives in the petition for adjudication.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.11544 and 11545 of 2016 are closed.
