Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ESAKKI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11326 of 2021, dated 13.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 17.08.2021 and appearing before the respondent police daily twice, without fail

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Since the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders.
