PRAYER: This Appeal is filed to allow the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal by setting aside the fair and final order of the I Additional District Court (PCR), Tiruchirappalli made in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.111 of 2020, dated 18.08.2020.

Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 20.02.2025, has directed the I Additional District Court (PCR), Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.111 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that judgment. The learned I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli, has then submitted a requisition, dated 04.09.2025 seeking three months time and this Court, taking note of the reasons assigned, has granted further two months time to dispose of the said suit. Now, the learned I Additional District Court (PCR), Tiruchirappalli, has sent a requisition, dated 03.02.2026, seeking further two months time for disposal of the case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the suit in O.S.No.111 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
