ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner without due procedure of law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that there was a money dispute between the parties. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted in which, both parties have appeared and during enquiry, the petitioner submitted that he will approach the Civil Court, since the matter relates to money dispute. said submission, the complaint has been closed as ' civil in nature'.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that an enquiry has been conducted and the complaint was closed as civil in nature, no further order is required in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
