O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Trichy to dispose of the petitioner's application filed under Section 128 of Cr.P.C., in Cr.M.P.No.677 of 2018 in M.C.No.81 of 2017.

2. The petitioner earlier filed a petition in M.C.No.81 of 2017 before the Family Court, Trichy, under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., against the respondent and that application was allowed on 26.07.2018, granting maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month, that order has become final, but the respondent did not pay the maintenance. Hence, she has filed an application in Cr.M.P.No.677 of 2018, on 24.09.2018, before the Family Court, Tricy, to execute the order passed in M.C.No.81 of 2017. But, so far the application has not been considered by the Family Court, Trichy. Hence, she has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that the application in Cr.M.P.No.677 of 2018 is pending from the year 2018, the Family Court Judge, Trichy is directed to consider the application and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the respondent.
