ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 153(A) and 504 of I.P.C. and Section 67 of I.T.Act, in Crime No.107 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner has made an inflammatory speech offending the sentiments of the community to which the defacto complainant belongs and had also uploaded the same in Youtube. CRL OP(MD). No.10662 of 2019 bearing on public peace and tranquility. Therefore, the issue cannot be view lightly. I am not inclined to anticipatory to the petitioner and the criminal original petition stands dismissed. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner's wife is in a advanced stage of pregnancy and she is likely to deliver a child. Taking note of this circumstance, the respondent is restrained from arresting the petitioner for a period of three weeks.
