...2nd Respondent/Defacto Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.253 of 2020, pending on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same as against the petitioner concerned.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No. 253 of 2020, pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police has registered a case for the family dispute among the family members.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side), would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and Final Report was also filed on 07.10.2020, before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Radhapuram and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) that Final Report has already been

Crl.O.P(MD).No.13631 of 2020 filed, on completion of investigation, nothing survives for further adjudication or direction in this petition. However, though the Final Report was filed on 07.10.2020 and the same has not been taken on file so far, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram to take the Final Report on file forthwith and send the compliance report to the Registry, after completing the process of taken on file.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
