O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.306 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent police station.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is the accused in FIR in Crime No.306 of 2021 dated 16.12.2020, which was registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 283, 269 and 270 of IPC and Section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, for violation of COVID - 19 protocols during the pandemic period.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR registered against the petitioner was closed as further action dropped.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
