O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, by interfering in the civil dispute.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Crime No.293 of 2021 has been registered against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. Since case has been registered against the petitioner, he has to face investigation and other formalities as per law.
