This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act / III Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Unit), Madurai to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.22 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent investigation has been undertaken and during the enquiry, the third respondent herself has given a statement to the effect that no need to take action against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

In view of the statement given by the third respondent herein, further action is going to be dropped. 3.Since further action is going to be dropped, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and this petition has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
