PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvidaimarudhur, Thanjavur District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 68 of 2023 initiated to expedite proceedings and conclude the case within a specified time frame.

ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvidaimarudhur, Thanjavur District to 1/4

dispose of the suit in O.S.No.68 of 2023 initiated to expedite proceedings and conclude the case within a specified time frame. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed a partition suit in O.S.No.68 of 2023 and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvidaimarudhur, Thanjavur District, to expedite the trial and complete the case in O.S.No.68 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
