(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent / Finance Company to issue notice to the petitioner at every stage of the SARFAESI proceedings, under Sections 14 & 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act.
