[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to secure his son-in-law, namely, Moorthy, son of Murugan, aged about 33 years, produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the alleged missing person has been arrested in Crime No.79 of 2024, on the file of Peelamedu

Police Station, Coimbatore City and he has been remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.
