ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.velmurugan J.) This Petition is filed to condone the delay of of 237 days in Cross Appeal as against order dated 15-11-2021 passed in MCOP.No.52 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Sub Court, Paramakudi. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The Insurance Company has already filed the main appeal and the same is pending. Now the claimants have filed this cross objection in which there is a delay of 237 days in filing the cross objection. Since the main appeal is pending for disposal, the condonation of delay will not cause any prejudice to the appellant/Insurance Company.

4.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and 3/5

the delay is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the Cross-objection, if it is otherwise in order.
