ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 447 and 506 (ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.33 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant , the defacto complainant lodged a complaint as against the petitioner herein. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17629 of 2018 was already dismissed by this Court, on 03.10.2018, suppressing the said fact, he filed this present Criminal Original Petition.
