ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to sanction non-refundable loan amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from employees contribution in the petitioner's E.P.F. Account, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he was appointed as a Conductor in the respondent Corporation in the year 2007 and thereafter, he was promoted as Senior Conductor. Due to medical expenses of his wife, the petitioner has approached the respondent on 30.05.2019 and submitted an application requesting to sanction the loan amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from the employees contribution on his provident fund account, but the respondent did not take any steps to provide the loan so far.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's application is not available in the respondent Office. If any fresh application is submitted by the petitioner, the respondent would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

limit to be fixed by this Court.

5.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court directs the petitioner to submit an application to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such application is made within the aforesaid period, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter. 6.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
