O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.526 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police station and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.526 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 188 and 269 of IPC for violation of COVID - 19 protocols during the pandemic period. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR registered against the petitioner was closed as further action dropped.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
