PRAYER:

This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.03.2017 requesting him to pass final orders as per his earlier conclusion that the sale deed in Nos.3599/2016 and 3600/2016 were registered fraudulently and also to record the same in encumbrance. ORDER

This Writ petition is filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.03.2017 and pass final orders as per the respondent's earlier conclusion that the sale deed in Nos.3599/2016 and 3600/2016 were registered fraudulently and also to record the same in encumbrance.

2. Heard Mrs.Nithyabharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the records.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader states that the entire enquiry was completed and the respondent would pass an order within a reasonable time.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders in the enquiry proceedings on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
