ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2017 and pass order appointing the petitioner as a Graduate Assistant based on her mark secured in the special written examination for the recruitment of Teachers held on 27.11.2011 within the time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 18.02.2017 requesting to appoint her as Graduate Assistant, has not been considered by the respondents so far. Therefore, she is before this Court, seeking for appropriate direction to the respondents.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the third respondent, on merits and appropriate orders would be passed.
4.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
