ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that no action was taken by the third respondent on his complaint dated 31.12.2024. 2.The petitioner claims that the fourth respondent has cheated him that he would arrange a job for him and hence, he preferred a complaint before the third respondent / Inspector of Police, Soolakarai Police Station, Virudhunagar District. However, till date, no action is taken by the third respondent / Inspector of Police, Soolakarai Police Station, Virudhunagar District.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that there are several complaints as against the fourth respondent and a case in Cr.No.1 of 2024 has been registered by the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District, for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

4.Considering the fact that already a case has been registered as against the fourth respondent, this Court directs the third respondent / Inspector of Police, Soolakarai Police Station, Virudhunagar District to forward the complaint of the petitioner to the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District for necessary action. The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District shall conduct investigation on the complaint of the petitioner along with the case in Cr.No.1 of 2024.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
