O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records relating to the judgment in Crl.A.No.173 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli dated 25.04.2022 which confirmed the judgment in S.T.C.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur dated 15.11.2019 and set aside the same.

2. On the earlier occasion, after hearing both side counsels, this Court referred the matter to the mediation centre attached to this Bench, wherein, settlement has been arrived between the parties, by which, the respondent has agreed to receive the loan amount of Rs.10,25,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand only) and schedule also be given in the settlement agreement.

3. In view of the above settlement, this Criminal Revision petition is disposed of as infructuous. The terms of compromise shall form part and parcel of the order.
