ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and process the petitioner's application for issuance of a Registration Certificate.

2. The petitioner already has submitted an application for issuance of the Registration Certificate.

3. Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion directing the respondents to consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and pass orders, in accordance with law.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
