Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein from shifting the Tasmac Shops bearing No.10/900 and 10/624 from Mathalamparai Village to Pulichakulam Village in Gunaramanallur Village Panchayat, Keela Pavoor Panchayat Union, Tirunelveli District. [Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to forbear the respondents from shifting TASMAC shop Nos.10/900 and 10/624 to the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has contended that there is no proposal for shifting the TASMAC shops to the place mentioned in the petition. 3.On the basis of representation made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this writ petition is totally unwarranted and therefore this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
