O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to register the FIR, based on the direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, dated 04.09.2020 in Cr.M.P.No.814/2020, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.07.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy FIR has already been registered in Crime No.1677 of 2020, dated 18.11.2020 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(i) IPC. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
