Na.Ka.No.22735/2018 dated 13.01.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.16208 of 2021 M.Durairaj by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Madurai as directed in P.G.No.64 of 2017 dated 12.12.2019 to disburse the balance gratuity of Rs.58,500/- with interest at the rate of 10% from 01.08.2014 to 22.06.2020 for the gratuity amount of Rs.3,54,496/- further comply with directions of the 1st respondent, vide his circular in Na.Ka.No.22735/2018 dated 13.01.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

These writ petitions have been filed seeking direction to the respondents particularly 2nd respondent to comply / implement with the directions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Madurai as directed in P.G.No.63 of 2017 dated 12.12.2019, P.G.No.112 of 2019 dated 29.10.2019 and P.G.No.64 of 2017 dated 12.12.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this by the 2nd respondent that, the entire amount as claimed by the petitioners has already been deposited in the credit of the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour and Management, Madurai and the acknowledgement of the said deposits have been circulated in P.G.No.63 of 2017, P.G.No.112 of 2019 and P.G.No.64 of 2017. 4/6

3. In view of the same, this Court hereby direct the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Madurai to permit the petitioners to withdraw the said amount which has been deposited in P.G.No.63 of 2017, P.G.No.112 of 2019 and P.G.No.64 of 2017 respectively.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions are allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
