This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1-4 respondents herein for 5th respondents and his men for conducting temple festival namely Kodai Vizha in Arulmigu Sri Petchiamman Temple, Sri Madathu Sudalaimadasamy Temple and Sri Mundasamy Temple to be held on 25.05.2026 and 26.05.2026 at Senbagaramanallur Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, until disposal of the petitioner's representation to the respondents 1 to 4 dated 15.05.2026.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that already proper police protection was afforded and temple festival was conducted peacefully.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
