ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the legal heir certificate was issued wrongly in favour of the 3rd respondent and therefore, he has submitted an application to the 1st respondent to cancel the said certificate and has filed this writ petition that this application has not been considered.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that based on the petitioner's application an enquiry was conducted and the legalheir certificate dated 07.09.2018 issued to the 3rd respondent was cancelled by the 1st respondent / RDO by order dated 21.09.2022.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate this writ petition is closed. No costs.
