Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of the impugned order in Na.ga.G2/L-23/2025 dated 07.05.2026 issued by the 1st respondent and consequential impugned notice in Na.Ka.Aa1/3/252/2024 dated 15.05.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent to quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to survey their land as per sale deed No.2015/1998 and fix the boundaries property in S.No. 140 in Anupankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in Na.ga.G2/L-23/2025 dated 07.05.2026 issued by the first respondent and consequential impugned notice in Na.Ka.Aa1/3/252/2024 dated 15.05.2026 issued by the third respondent and to direct the second respondent to survey their land as per sale deed No.2015/1998 and fix the boundaries property in S.No.140 in Anupankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within a time frame. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that as against the order passed by the District Collector, a revision has been filed before the Principal Secretary to Government and a civil suit has also been instituted.
3.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to seek interim relief before the revisional authority. The revisional authority shall dispose of the revision within a period of two months from the date 3/6
of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, no coercive steps shall be taken. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
