ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Tamilnadu Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.417 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
