The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent instruct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that a case has been registered in Crime No.37/2021 as against the petitioner on the file of the All Women Police Station, Madurai.
