This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent, dated 21.12.2015 and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all monetary and service benefits.

2. Today when the matter was taken for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner got appointment and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
