ORDER

The landlord is the revision petitioner. He filed R.C.O.P.No.160 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif Court / Rent Controller, Trichirappalli, against the respondent herein and obtained an order of eviction on 17.11.2017. He also filed E.P.No.14 of 2018 for executing the same. 2.The grievance of the landlord is that the matter is being adjourned from time to time without any justification. Therefore, seeking speedy disposal of the E.P., this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3.The learned III Additional District Munsif Court / Rent Controller, Trichirappalli, shall give an ultimatum to the respondent for production of the stay order within a given time. If the respondent is unable to produce such stay order, the III Additional District Munsif Court / Rent Controller, Trichirappalli, shall not indefinitely wait but proceed with the E.P., expeditiously.

4.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
