Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to admit this appeal and call for the records relating to the Judgment dated 30.11.2020 in S.C.No.210 of 2015 on the file of the Fast Track Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Virudhunagar District at Serivilliputhur and set aside the same by acquitting the appellant and allow this Criminal Appeal.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.VIGNESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State(Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1495 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.85 of 2021, dated 30.04.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1495 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.85 of 2021, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.6894 of 2021 30.04.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1495 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.85 of 2021, dated 30.04.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
