Spicy Law Firm For Respondent : Mr.S.Prakash, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.528 BNSS PRAYER :- to Extent the time granted by this Court in para No.7(i) of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7217 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7217 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the order copy was uploaded on 27.05.2025 and immediately, within a couple of days, the petitioners were present to execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate, but, the concerned Magistrate refused to accept the sureties by stating that only the order date will be considered and not the date on which the order copy was made ready. For the said reason only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7217 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
