Respondents / Defendants Prayer: Civil Revision Petition - filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the II Additional Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to number and dispose of the application in I.A.Diary No.1044 of 2018 in I.A.No.575 of 2017 in O.S.No.843 of 2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court and allow the present civil revision petition.

ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.843 of 2017 on the file of the second Additional Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is the revision petitioner herein. He has filed a money suit against the first respondent herein. He has also sought attachment before judgment. His grievance is that in view of the impending retirement of the first respondent from service, the entire exercise may become infructuous. Therefore, he wanted the orders to be passed in the said application before the date of retirement of the first respondent herein. The first respondent is to retire on 30.09.2018. But, then 29th and 30th of September, 2018 happen to be holidays. Therefore, the Court below shall advance the hearing in I.A.No.575 of 2017 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law on 25.09.2018.

2. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.

3. The revision petitioner has to inform this development to

the learned counsel for the first respondent by tomorrow, i.e., on 21.09.2018 itself.
